CBT is a way of shifting your mindset. It is based on the fact that thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all connected. CBT therapy entails talk therapy and exercises to practice outside of the session. We will discuss negative thinking patterns (such as mind reading and catastrophizing) and strategies for dealing with them.
